Our Children Matter does a great job in giving back to our low income families and youth that need assistance. Check out some events and highlights below.
Baltimore Teacher Network, Baltimore City Public Schools, Mondawmin Mall in Baltimore City.
Baltimore City students received a bunch of resources from vendors and community partners.
Our Children Matter Corporation gave away over 200 book bags to students going back to school thanks to our community partners Ross Dress for Less, and Staples, and Macy in White Marsh that helped with donations. We had children who loved the live entertainment of ybs_skola, babyluc9, 3knotsofficial. Over 2,000+ in attendance.

A memorable evening as we celebrate the students in there blinged out and nice sneakers. This special event brought families out for an evening of fun, food, arts and crafts, and glow in the dark light show for our kids, Enjoyed delicious food, engaging conversations, and the chance to reflect on community advocacy and outreach.
6th Anniversary Dinner Celebration at Cockeysville Volunteer Fire Company Station 2025.
A memorable evening as we celebrate six wonderful years of service and community support. This special dinner at the Cockeysville Volunteer Fire Company Station will bring together friends, families, and supporters of Our Children Matter Corp. Enjoy delicious food, engaging conversations, and the chance to reflect on our achievements while looking forward to the future. Your presence makes a difference!
Thanksgiving Giveaway 2025
We served about 85 families this past Thanksgiving holiday season and gave away food and clothes for families we also partnered with Beautiful Hearts and Minds Health Services with Director and CEO Lakesha Ross Stokes, and Operations Manager Corey Stokes.
Partnerships and Collaborations at the heart of the community 2025.
Partnering with Cathrine's Family and Youth Services, Inc and the Emilie Wall Foundation with CEO Michael Foy and Valerie Matthews, during there Food giveaways for the Christmas Holiday Season 2026 we helped there organizations by donating Safeway gift cards from the Nourishing Neighbors Gift card program in which we received $50,000 to help local neighborhoods and families during the holiday season also during the government shutdown.
